COOKING WORKSHOP THE RICE OF "SOL BLANC"

The workshop will consist of preparing three different rice dishes from start to finish. Participants will receive a dossier with all the recipes and steps and we will end up tasting the rice dishes with a glass of cava. In the kitchen, chef Jordi Ribas.
